Please be aware that parking in and around downtown Flagstaff is limited. While ParkFlag offers various permits and management solutions, options can vary significantly based on your location, housing type, and the time of year.

Currently, ParkFlag does not offer annual parking permits for residents living in apartments, townhomes, condos, or other multi-resident housing units.

 

However, we understand the need for reliable parking, especially during the colder months. ParkFlag does provide permits for off-street parking when the winter ordinance is in effect. If you live on a metered or time-limited street within Flagstaff's downtown parking district, you're in luck! You qualify for one FREE Downtown Residential parking permit per water meter.

This permit lets you park within three blocks of your home, 24/7, without having to pay or worry about time limits. That's right, free and convenient parking, always!

Just a heads-up: this permit isn't valid during winter ordinance hours. But don't worry, a separate Downtown Residential permit can be purchased to cover your off-street parking needs during those times.

Residential

If you live outside the paid parking district but within an established Residential District zone, this permit is for you! These permitted areas are set up block-by-block via petition, ensuring convenient parking for residents.

With this permit, you can park 24/7, excluding winter ordinance hours. For those times, a Downtown Residential permit can be purchased to provide off-street parking.

  • Phoenix Ave.

  • Aspen/Beaver

  • Cherry/Beaver

The cost is just $60 per month.
