Encroachment Permits
Need to temporarily use a downtown parking space for your business, construction project, or special event? Our Encroachment Permits are available for just $5.00 per day!
These permits allow you to utilize parking spaces for:

Vehicles
-
Containers
-
Equipment
-
Trash bins
-
And similar operational needs.
Important Restrictions:
Please note that these permits are strictly for vehicles or bins. Pop-up tents or pedestrian access into these spaces are not permitted. (The only exception is a photo booth trailer with entry from the curb, not extending into the street.)
Planning for Multiple Days or Spaces?
If your project requires an encroachment permit for multiple days or several parking spaces, we highly recommend purchasing your permit directly from Community Development. We can only process permits for one space for one day.
