The ParkFlag program efficiently manages a variety of permits to meet different needs within Downtown Flagstaff. This includes employee permits for those working downtown, resident permits for local inhabitants, Amtrak permits for train-related parking, and encroachment permits for various other requirements.
Downtown Public Parking

You'll find payment kiosks conveniently located on nearly every corner within the ParkFlag parking area, as well as near the entrances of all parking lots. Please note that cash payment kiosks are limited; refer to the provided map for their specific locations.
How?
For your convenience, all ParkFlag kiosks accept credit and debit card payments. Prefer to pay with your phone? You can also use mobile pay via the Flowbird app.
